Canes Fieldhouse Memberships
All Canes Players will have a yearly membership to the Mishawka Fieldhouse. This membership is for the Canes Player and can be upgraded to a family membership for an additional cost. This membership will allow Canes players full access to the usage of the cages, weight room, turf and basketball courts via the MFH app.
Arm Care Program
From October-February all Canes players will be allowed to join the P3 Training Academies Arm Care program. This program is geared towards all players 11U-18U that want to focus on arm health, wake up and shut down, deload periods, increasing velocity and overall growth in arm maintenance. This program will operate 3 days a week for 1 hour each session.
Training
Youth Group Training
The Canes Youth Group Training is a focused group for players 9-12U and will be conducted from October-December for 2 hours each week. Focus will be on speed, mobility exercises, hitting mechanics, fielding drills and other baseball specific training to prepare for the season.
Intermediate/HS Group Training
The Canes Intermediate/HS Group Training is a focused group for players 13-18 years old and will be conducted 2x per week for 2 hours from October-February. This group will focus on gaining strength and speed and also work on baseball specific training.

Any players interested in receiving lessons from one of our instructors should contact the Mishawaka Fieldhouse to schedule.
Camps
Throughout the year the Canes coaching staff will be conducting different camps and clinics for all players. These will be an additional cost and are open to outside of the Canes Organization. All registrations will go through the Mishawaka Fieldhouse.
