November to January
Optional practice format age group specific- focus area- hitting techniques. pitching mechanics and fielding or catching mechanics.
January to March
Indoor team practices focuses on – team development, signs, baserunning leads, pickoffs, overall team development situationally, and live hitting simulation pitchers/catchers versus hitters.
November to July
Director lead practices per week to teach Canes Iowa specific techniques and 1 individual team practice per week .
